Shipping & Returns
The Sheltie Rescue Mall offers several alternatives by which we can ship your order. We have selected these alternatives to give you control over how rapidly your order will arrive, while keeping shipping costs as low as possible. When you check out, you will be offered one or more of these alternatives. You can request that the shipping cost be computed for your chosen alternative and, if you are not satisfied with that cost, you can choose a different alternative.
The Sheltie Rescue Mall attempts to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Unfortunately, we know that there are times when a product that you order turns out not to be what you thought you were ordering, and that items are sometimes delivered in less-than-perfect condition.
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from the Sheltie Rescue Mall, you must first contact us at the address given on our Contact Us page. We will give you instructions for returning the item. All items returned must be in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them or we will not be able to accept their return.
If you must return an item either because it was not the item that you ordered, or if the item was not as advertised, or the item was defective, then we will either replace the item or refund your money and the shipping costs (if any), the choice being at our sole discretion. If you choose to return an item because it failed to meet your expectations, but is the item that you ordered and is as advertised on our site, then we will either replace the item with a more satisfactory item or refund your money (but not, in this case, shipping costs). If the item is replaced with a different item with a higher price, then you must pay the difference between the originally-ordered item and the replacement item.
